Functions

  1. Versatile Wire Processing: Tailored for high-precision processing of wires ranging from AWG18 to AWG28, TA-S01 excels in handling both standard and relatively fine wires. It can cut wires within a length range of 40 – 999mm with a remarkable length tolerance of ±0.2%*L, ensuring consistent and accurate wire lengths. The stripping length can be adjusted flexibly from 0 to 10mm, meeting diverse requirements for wire connections.

Dual-End Automatic Operation: As a fully automatic dual-end terminal machine, it integrates wire feeding, cutting, stripping, and crimping on both ends of the wire into a single automated process. With a production rate of approximately 4000 pieces per hour, it significantly boosts productivity in large – scale manufacturing scenarios. The standard model supports crimping on wires with a minimum total length of 25mm, and customized versions can achieve crimping on wires shorter than 20mm.

  1. Comprehensive Detection System: Equipped with an extensive suite of detection devices, including lack wire detection, lack terminal detection, crimp detection, and pressure detection. Additionally, multiple built-in sensors such as wire shortage sensors, wire knot sensors, defective terminal sensors, and terminal shortage sensors continuously monitor the production process. An optional dual-channel terminal pressure monitoring system can be added to track the pressure curve during each crimping operation. When abnormal pressure is detected, it immediately triggers an alarm and stops the machine, preventing defective products and ensuring production quality and safety.

  1. Universal Power and Air Compatibility: It operates on a wide – range power supply of 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz with a power consumption of 2500W, making it suitable for use in various regions. The required air connection of 0.4 – 0.6MPa ensures stable operation of its pneumatic components.
