Full-process Wire Processing: Integrates wire cutting, single-end stripping and twisting, and single-end stripping and crimping functions, enabling one-stop production of single-end terminal wires. Two versions are available to meet different needs: one with twisting function and another without, with the latter offering a more cost-effective option for diverse production budgets and process requirements.
Efficient Continuous Operation: Capable of processing 4,000 pieces of wires within 300mm in length per hour, making it suitable for large-scale production scenarios and effectively meeting high-capacity demands.
Wide-range Wire Handling: Can process wires ranging from AWG12 to AWG28, covering various common wire gauges and meeting the wire processing needs of different industries.
Precise Processing Control: The cutting length is adjustable from 45mm to 9,999mm, with customization available for special lengths. The stripping length ranges from 1.5mm to 15mm, and the processing error is strictly controlled within 1mm + 0.2% of the cutting length, ensuring high processing accuracy.
Powerful Crimping Capacity: With a crimping force of 2.0 tons, it can firmly crimp various types of terminals, guaranteeing the reliability of the connection between terminals and wires.
Wire Detection and Straightening: Equipped with a wire presence detection device to monitor wire status in real-time, preventing production interruptions caused by wire shortages. Three sets of straighteners are built-in to effectively correct wire bends, ensuring wire straightness and enhancing product quality and equipment operation stability.
Intelligent Parameter Management: The program memory function allows for categorizing and storing processing parameters of different wires under separate program numbers. This enables one-click retrieval of corresponding parameters during production changes, reducing debugging time and improving production flexibility.

Flexible Mold Adaptation: Comes with a standard 30mm stroke Chinese-style OTP mold bayonet and can be customized to 40mm stroke European or Korean-style mold bayonets according to customer needs.
