Function

  1. Wide Cable Compatibility: The TA-DHI01 is compatible with cables ranging from AWG10# to 20#, enabling stable processing of both thick power transmission cables and thin signal transmission cables. It meets the cable processing needs of various fields, including electrical and electronic industries.

  1. Integrated Multifunctional Processing: This machine integrates cutting, half-stripping, full-stripping, single and double-end crimping, and single-end heat shrink tubing baking functions. It can precisely crimp ordinary horizontal and straight connection terminals on both ends of the cable and bake the heat shrink tubing on one end, completing complex wire harness processing in one stop.

  1. Precise Specification Control: The cutting length ranges from 75 to 9999mm with a tolerance of only ±0.2%, ensuring accurate cable cutting. The stripping length can reach 0 – 30mm at end A and 0 – 10mm at end B, flexibly adapting to different terminal and electrical connection requirements. It can handle heat shrink tubing with a diameter of 3.0 – 6.0mm and a length of 12 – 26mm, ensuring a tight fit between the tubing and the cable.

It is powered by a standard AC 220V – 50Hz voltage and connected with a conventional air pressure of 0.4 – 0.6MPa, adapting to most factory environments.
