The WC-3.0 is engineered specifically for wire processing that requires riveting. With a powerful 3000kg crimping force and a 23mm stroke, it securely connects wires by riveting, replacing traditional soldering methods. This eliminates issues like cold soldering and dry soldering, ensuring reliable electrical connections. It meets safety standards such as UL and JIS, making it an ideal solution for compliant manufacturing. The 8mm adjustable height allows for precise processing of wires with different thicknesses.

2. Integrated Copper Belt Terminal Processing

The machine processes special continuous copper belt terminal materials. It integrates cutting, shaping, and crimping into one seamless operation, enabling rapid production without generating waste. This integrated process not only saves time but also optimizes production costs, making it highly efficient for mass – scale manufacturing.

3. Versatile Application with Different Dies
