1. Comprehensive Terminal Crimping Processes

• Supports single – hole crimping and multi – hole continuous crimping (requires adjustment with corresponding dies), suitable for the single – point fixing or full – row connection requirements of flat cable terminals.

• Compatible with cold – pressed terminals (such as copper terminals and aluminum terminals) and insulated terminals (with plastic sheaths). Through pressure, the terminal is tightly 咬合 with the stranded wire, forming a low – resistance conductive path.

2. Pressure Control and Precision

• The 2000KG crimping force is controlled by a precision pressure regulating valve or servo motor, with a pressure fluctuation error of ≤±2%, ensuring that the airtightness and mechanical strength of the crimped terminals meet industry standards (such as UL, JIS, etc.).

• Adjustable stroke design (35mm/40mm): The short stroke (35mm) is suitable for thin terminals or small – diameter flat cables (such as 0.14 – 1.5mm²); the long stroke (40mm) can handle thick terminals or multi – core flat cables (such as 2.5 – 4mm²), compatible with wire gauges ranging from AWG 28 to AWG 12 (American Standard) or 0.08 – 4mm² (Chinese Standard).

3. Automation Synergy Functions

• Built – in micro – switch trigger mechanism: After manually placing the flat cable and terminal, step on the foot switch or press the start button, and the equipment will automatically complete the entire process of crimping stroke→pressure maintenance→reset retraction, with a single cycle time of approximately 3 – 5 seconds (depending on the terminal complexity).

• Can be docked with external detection equipment (such as tensile testers and cross – section analyzers): Through the reserved interface of the tooling fixture, after crimping, it can be directly transferred to the detection station to realize the assembly line operation of “crimping – detection”.

When replacing dies of different specifications, only need to loosen 4 fixing screws, and the die change can be completed within 10 minutes, supporting dies for flat cable terminals with a pitch ranging from 0.5mm to 6.35mm (such as PH, XH, ZH series).

• Adjustable wire positioning fixture: The fixture width can be adjusted horizontally by a knob (range 5 – 32mm), suitable for flat cables with a width from single – core (1.25mm) to 20 – core (30mm), and equipped with a rubber pressing strip to prevent the flat cable from shifting during crimping.
