Product Introduction:

1. High – Precision Integrated Processing
Equipped with three Mitsubishi servo motors and ball screw drives, the TM-HTB02 ensures precise positioning for wire feeding, stripping, and terminal crimping. It processes sheathed wires at a rate of 550 – 600 pieces per hour, with a stripping length adjustable from 0 – 15mm and a robust 3T crimp force, guaranteeing reliable electrical connections.

2. Versatile Wire and Terminal Handling
Capable of processing four – core sheathed wires with length differences of 0 – 200mm in a single operation, it can also handle three – core sheathed wires. The machine accommodates various terminal types, including ground rings, 187/250 straight – insert terminals, and flag – type terminals, and can be modified for horizontal terminals.

3. Intuitive and Efficient Operation
Controlled entirely via a touchscreen interface, it allows operators to easily adjust parameters such as stripping length, cutting depth, and crimping position. This streamlines the setup process, saving time for machine adjustment. Its automatic detection system identifies and addresses defective products promptly, minimizing waste.
