Functions

  1. Precise Ultrasonic Sealing: Operates at a 20 kHz frequency, generating stable ultrasonic vibrations to melt and fuse tube materials, creating strong and reliable seals.

  1. High-Power Processing: With a 3000-watt power output, it can rapidly heat and melt tube ends, suitable for a wide range of tube materials and sizes within φ2 – 12 mm capacity, especially excelling at welding copper tubes of 2 – 9 mm in diameter.

  1. Adaptive Pressure Control: Works within a 0.05 – 0.9 Mpa air pressure range, allowing users to adjust the pressure according to different tube materials and sealing needs for optimal results.

  1. Automated Sealing Process: The tube sealing is fully automated, customizing parameters like sealing time, pressure, and power through a highly programmable ultrasonic process, reducing human error and improving seal consistency.
