The CS-3030 is an automated device designed for various cable processing, featuring high efficiency, precision, and flexible adaptability.

In terms of processing capability, it can handle single-core wires, multi-core cables, shielded cables, and PVC wires, etc. It is capable of fully automatic fixed-length cutting and stripping (including multiple stripping modes such as full stripping and half stripping for both front and rear ends). It covers a processing range of 0.75 to 30 square millimeters (with an ultimate cutting capacity of up to 50 square millimeters). Moreover, it ensures high cutting accuracy, with a tolerance within 0.002 times the cutting length, meeting the requirements of fine processing.

The equipment adopts a 16-wheel drive system (feeding stepper motor paired with a tool post servo motor, with optional servo feeding). Combined with a belt feeding design, it not only maintains a stable production rate of 3500 pieces per hour (subject to wire length and diameter) but also avoids indentations or scratches on the cables. The pressure wheel height can be adjusted digitally, enabling easy operation.

In terms of expandability and adaptability, the CS-3603 supports a wide range of optional functions, including MES system, IoT system, fixed-point coding, middle stripping, and external device alarm. Its modular interfaces and design not only facilitate the connection of peripheral accessories but also reserve space for future upgrades. Additionally, non-standard customization services are available for special cable processing needs.

For operation, it is equipped with a 7-inch color human-machine interface. The intuitive touchscreen operation lowers the usage threshold. It supports AC 220V power supply (110V optional), adapting to different power supply environments. The overall design balances practicality and flexibility.
