Technical Parameters & Performance Features

  1. Equipment power options: 2000W, 4200W, 5600W, 8000W. It enables one-time welding forming for wire harnesses with cross-sectional areas ranging from 0.5mm² to 70mm². (We will continue to develop wire harness welding machines capable of welding wire harnesses with larger cross-sectional areas.)

  1. Integrated design for the entire machine, featuring small structure volume, lightweight, elegant appearance, and easy mobility. Adopts PLC phase-locked frequency automatic tracking technology to ensure stable welding effects between wire harnesses, as well as between wire harnesses and terminal plates.

  1. Realizes wire harness connection at minimum cost. After welding, it delivers excellent electrical conductivity with low or nearly zero resistivity. It has short welding time and requires no flux, gas, or solder, making it a currently environmentally friendly welding process and advanced electrical connection technology.
