Processes wires and cables with a diameter ≤ Φ40mm. Compatible with spools ranging from 500-1000mm in outer diameter, 53-85mm in inner diameter, and 320-800mm in width, with a maximum load of 700kg to meet the needs of large-sized and heavy-duty spool wire feeding.
Features an electric lifting + double-clamp top-pressing design for spool installation, enabling automated clamping and reducing manual labor intensity.

Intelligent Speed Regulation and Synchronization Control

• Adaptive Speed Regulation: Real-time feedback signals from the tension wheel to the frequency converter automatically adjust the pay-off motor speed, ensuring synchronization with host equipment such as cutting and stripping machines to prevent wire stretching or slack.

• Closed-Loop Control System: As the host operates, the tension wheel moves with the wire, driving a potentiometer via a sprocket to form a “mechanical movement → electrical signal → frequency conversion control” closed-loop adjustment, precisely matching the host’s production pace.

Power and Stability

• Industrial-Grade Drive: Utilizes a “frequency converter + motor + speed reducer” combination, powered by 380V three-phase power with a 3000W output, providing strong and stable power for long-term high-load operation.
