Versatile Wire Twisting: The T – 19 can twist a wide range of wires, including ground wires, braided wires, and insulated wires, covering a wire range of 0.1 – 2mm², effectively replacing all manual wire – twisting work.

Automated Operation: With pneumatic control, the clamping hands automatically open when connected to the air source. Workers only need to place the wire and step on the foot switch to complete the twisting, streamlining the operation process.

Adjustable Twisting Settings: It offers a twisting speed of 1400 circles per second, a standard twisting length range of 5 – 80mm (customizable up to 150mm), and adjustable air pressure from 1.5 – 2.5kg/cm², enabling precise control over the twisting process.

New Feature Integration: As an upgraded version of the pneumatic – electric wire twisting machine, it comes with an automatic wire pulling device, significantly reducing the training time for new operators.

User – Friendly Design: The exposed automatic clamping hands make it easy to place even dispersed copper wires. The elastic wire clamping mechanism eliminates the need for adjustments when dealing with different wire diameters.

Adaptable Structure: The size of the chuck opening can be adjusted by simply moving and locking the chuck, and the chuck clamping force can be enhanced by adding 5 – 6 springs. When twisting thick wires, a groove can be made in the chuck center for better grip.

Compact and Energy – Efficient: Measuring L34W19H17cm and weighing 12kgs, it has a small footprint. With a power consumption of only 10W and compatibility with 220/110V power supplies, it is energy – saving and suitable for various electrical environments.
