1. Automated Wire Unwinding: Equipped with a 0.55kW domestic gear motor and vector frequency converter, enabling automatic wire unwinding at a maximum speed of 70m/min. Compatible with wire diameters up to 16mm, meeting the efficient conveying needs of various wire types.

2. Intelligent Speed Adjustment: Utilizes a multi-speed induction system via the frequency converter to automatically regulate unwinding speed based on the lifting height of the wire storage wheel. Meanwhile, the tension pulley potentiometer (via sprocket drive) provides real-time feedback signals to the frequency converter, ensuring precise synchronization between unwinding speed and the computerized wire stripping machine, eliminating the need for frequent manual intervention.

3. Flexible Tension Control: Adjusts tension by leveraging the lever principle through repositioning counterweights, ensuring stable wire tension during conveyance to prevent slack or over-tightening.
