• Precise positioning of pipes to be cut: Using photoelectric, infrared, or magnetic induction technology, it detects the position and feeding status of pipes in real time, ensuring the cutting starting point aligns with the set length and avoiding manual positioning errors. Example: When the pipe is transported to the induction area of the frame, the sensor triggers a signal, and the control system commands the cutter to execute the cutting action, realizing an automated cycle of “feeding-induction-cutting”.

• Compatibility with pipes of different diameters: The adjustable induction frame can be adjusted in height/angle to accommodate hoses with diameters ranging from φ1-φ36mm, enhancing equipment versatility.

2. Optimizing Cutting Efficiency and Precision

• High-speed synchronous control: The induction frame  (interlocks) with the feeding system (e.g., track feeding), providing real-time feedback on the pipe feeding speed to ensure the cutter can still cut precisely at high speeds (50-400 pieces/minute), with length error controlled within ±0.2-0.5%.

• Anti-misfeeding and empty-cut protection: When the induction frame fails to detect pipes, it automatically pauses the cutting action to avoid blade wear (standard 18mm art knife blades) and reduce consumable costs.

3. Safety Protection and Equipment Guarding

• Overload and abnormal shutdown: Some induction frames integrate pressure sensors. When pipes jam or feeding is blocked, the induction signal triggers an emergency stop mechanism to prevent damage to the motor (2.0KW servo motor) due to overload, ensuring equipment safety.

• Man-machine isolation protection: The induction frame can serve as a physical barrier, reducing direct contact between operators and high-speed rotating cutters, complying with industrial safety standards.
