1. Wire Processing Capability

• CP-F65: Handles wires with a diameter ≤ Φ30mm (solid wires require separate confirmation). Compatible with spools ranging from 100-650mm in outer diameter and 38-200mm in inner diameter, with a maximum load of 100kg.

• CP-F85: Supports larger spools (100-850mm outer diameter) with a maximum load of 200kg, other parameters remain identical to CP-F65.

• Applicable Wires: Electric wires, cables, etc., supporting both wire reels and spools in a vertical placement mode.

2. Intelligent Speed Regulation & Wire Feeding

• Stepless Speed Control: Utilizes a frequency converter to achieve automatic speed adjustment from 0-50m/min (CP-F65) or 0-100m/min (CP-F85), eliminating manual intervention.

• Active Wire Feeding + Brake Induction: Motor-driven feeding system with an automatic braking mechanism to prevent wire slack or over-tensioning.

3. Stability & Compatibility

• Constant-Speed Guide Rails: Low-resistance rail system ensures smooth wire feeding with minimal noise and resistance.

• Multi-Device Linkage: Seamlessly integrates with automated equipment such as fully automatic terminal crimping machines, winding machines, wire cutters, and soldering machines for synchronized production line operation.
