Description

  1. Fully automatic feeding, positioning, and cutting of wires/cables with minimal manual intervention.

  2. Cuts wires/cables from 1mm to 99999.99mm in length, handles cable diameters up to Φ33mm and cross-sections up to 150 mm² (customizable for larger sizes).

  3. Cutting tolerance within 0.002*L (L = cutting length), 16-wheel belt feeding prevents indentation/scratches.

  4. Up to 1800 cuts per hour (varies by wire size/length) for high-volume production.

  5. Imported high-speed steel blades, servo-driven cutting mechanism (full servo upgrade optional).

  6. Adaptable for special cables (sample testing required) and custom cutting lengths.
